✨ How To Customise Your Design

1) Simply select your chosen wording option when adding the card to your basket.
2) Please enter your chosen names in the personalisation boxes, exactly as you would like them to appear. (I will always begin each name with a capital letter. Please ensure that you are happy with all spellings before adding the card to your basket. Thank you.)
3) Proceed to checkout as usual.
4) I will thoughtfully adjust the layout to ensure the text fits beautifully. (Longer names may appear slightly smaller.)
5) Your custom card will then be printed, scored, folded, and packaged with care, ready for dispatch.

• Premium Card: your card will be printed on luxurious 312gsm Marrutt Fine Art Paper - a thick card with a subtle texture.
• Your card will be accompanied by a 110gsm Recycled Fleck Kraft envelope - a brown coloured envelope with a slightly speckled texture.

• Please handle your card and packaging with care.
• To maintain the best condition, avoid touching the printed surface where possible, and keep away from moisture and liquids.
• All products are intended as art or stationery and are not suitable for children under 3 years.
• Keep away from flames, candles, and heat sources.

✨ Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from England. For UK deliveries, I typically use:
– Royal Mail Second Class for greeting cards and art prints*
– Royal Mail Signed Services (Second Class or 48-hour tracked) for custom pet portraits*

*In some cases, an alternative delivery service may be used if required.
