I currently ship to England, Scotland, Wales and the USA. If you live in a different country and you would like delivery to your destination, please get in touch, and I’ll see what I can do!
Please note, I am currently unable to ship to countries in the EU, EEA or Northern Ireland - as a one-person small business owner, unfortunately I do not have a representative living in a country in the EU, which is a requirement in order to sell to these destinations. Thank you for your understanding, and please accept my apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
UK Shipping
Shipping rates:
- Orders up to £10: £2 p&p
- £10–£25: £3 p&p
- £25–£50: £4 p&p
- Over £50: Free delivery
Custom Pet Portraits:
- £6 p&p (Tracked Delivery)
Delivery is usually made using Royal Mail Second Class service. Custom pet portraits are sent via a signed/tracked service.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days, although this may vary during busy periods. (Custom orders and wholesale orders may require a longer timescale, so please get in touch if you would like a more accurate dispatch date. Thank you.)
Free Local Delivery:
Delivery addresses with the following postcodes qualify for free local delivery. (Minimum order price: £40.) If your order qualifies for free local delivery, I will be in touch after receiving your order to arrange the best time to deliver.
Postcodes: HU1, HU2, HU3, HU4, HU5, HU6, HU7, HU8, HU9, HU10, HU11, HU12, HU13, HU14, HU15, HU16, HU17, HU20
International Shipping (USA)
Shipping rates:
- Orders up to £15: £7 p&p
- £15–£40: £10 p&p
- £40–£75: £15 p&p
- £75–£100: £20 p&p
- Over £100: £25 p&p
Custom Pet Portraits:
- £18.80 p&p (Tracked Delivery)
Orders are sent using Royal Mail International services.
All USA orders are shipped using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping cost at checkout, so hopefully there should be no extra charges on delivery!
Important Information
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, although this may change during busy periods. Pet portraits, custom orders and wholesale orders will take longer than this, so please get in touch before ordering if you would like an estimated timescale. Thank you!
- Once your order has been dispatched, please be aware that delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please get in touch.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email with photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible. Please email littlemouseshouse@outlook.com, including your order number in the email. Thank you.
Relevant Policies
Returns & Refunds (Summary)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days once a return is approved.
