Hello! I'm Hayley Victoria, an East Yorkshire based artist and owner of The Little Mouse's House. I create artisan greeting cards, art prints, bookmarks and custom pet portraits, all featuring my own picture book illustration style artwork, handcrafted by me, here in my little studio.

A little bit of history…
Here's a little bit of information about how The Little Mouse's House came to be!
Let's start with where the name came from.
Before my greeting card, pet portrait and art print business started to grow, The Little Mouse's House actually started life as a YouTube channel, where I shared (and continue to share) behind-the-scenes glimpses of my arty projects. As a hobby, I make 1:12 scale miniatures, and I document these miniature makes and doll’s house makeovers on my YouTube channel. My first doll’s house became home to a beautiful family of felt mice, lovingly made by my Mum… and, consequently, the name ‘The Little Mouse’s House’ became very meaningful to me.

From YouTube to Art Prints & Greeting Cards!
Happily, my lovely, supportive YouTube community started to grow, and being able to share my arty projects on YouTube gave me the confidence to expand my artistic practice. I've always loved drawing and painting and, whilst still making miniatures, I gradually taught myself how to illustrate digitally.
As I started to develop my own illustrative style, I also spent time experimenting with different papers for printing. Over time, I set up my own little studio in East Yorkshire where I now print all of my artwork and greeting cards.
I sometimes post updates to show what I’ve been making and creating. Here are some of the places that you can keep up-to-date:

The Little Mouse's House encompasses all of my artistic endeavours - painting, illustrating and making miniatures - and I still share regular vlogs on my YouTube channel.
If you live in East Yorkshire or North Lincolnshire, you might find me at some events, especially around Christmas time, because it's lovely to set up my stall and sell my work in person. If you don't live locally, I've set up this little website where most of my artwork is available. (I tend to save my original artwork for selling at in-person events, because of postage and packaging requirements, but if you ever see me post about anything that you’d like to buy, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.) Thank you so much to everyone who chooses to purchase my artwork, commission me to illustrate bespoke pet portraits, and watch my YouTube videos. Your support means so much to me, and it's a joy to share my creativity with you all.
For details about where I’ll be selling in-person, please keep an eye on my calendar, which is usually a little busier through November, but I do sometimes add some other events through the year, too.
