• Each of my products includes one of my own illustrations, so the items in your order will have been designed exclusively by me - Hayley Victoria - an independent East Yorkshire artist.

• My items are either made-to-order, or handcrafted in small batches, ensuring excellent quality control and attention to detail.

• The cards that I have made available for wholesale are my Premium Quality range, printed on Marrutt 312gsm Fine Art card stock. This is a thick card with a beautiful, slightly textured surface.
• Each card is supplied with a 110gsm recycled fleck Kraft envelope.
• My art prints and bookmarks are printed on specially selected Marrutt 230gsm Matte paper, chosen for its smooth matte texture and the way way that it prints with beautiful colours that are true to my original illustrations.

• As I make each item myself, I am able to offer personalisation options for my greeting cards. Custom cards are easy to personalise through the product page when adding the items to your basket.

• Apply for a trade account using the trade enquiry form.

• Once approved, you will receive an email with a link. Simply log in to view wholesale pricing.

• Approved trade accounts gain access to wholesale pricing and bulk ordering.

• Add products to your basket and order directly through the website.

• Once I receive your order, I will start to make your products as quickly as possible. (If you would like an estimated turnaround time before making an order, please feel free to send me an email via the Contact Form.)

• I will post your order out to you, or, if you live locally, I will arrange to drop your order off at a time that is convenient for you. Please take a look at my Shipping & Returns page for more information about local delivery.
