Refund policy

The Little Mouse’s House offers a 30-day return period for eligible items. Returns are accepted for non-customised, non-personalised, and non-wholesale orders. If your purchase meets these criteria, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email (littlemouseshouse@outlook.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In your email, please describe the damage, defect or error with your item, and send accompanying photographs of both the item and the packaging. You will receive a reply to discuss how this issue will be resolved.

Returns For Other Reasons
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please send an email to littlemouseshouse@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be posted to a UK address which will be sent to you via email after a return has been agreed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded. Please note that all postage and packaging return costs are to be paid by the customer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged upon receipt. This includes:

• Custom products (such as custom artwork or personalised items);

• Made-to-order items, including, but not limited to, bespoke items and wholesale orders;

• Gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
