The Little Mouse’s House – Wholesale Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing my handmade products, wholesale. I’m delighted to work with independent retailers, gift shops, bookshops and any business looking to stock my artist-made products. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this wholesale policy. Please read my wholesale terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale is available to any business purchasing products for resale or promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Retailers and gift shops
  • Bookshops and boutiques
  • Online shops or small businesses

By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that the items are being purchased for resale or promotional use (e.g., free gifts, included with other products, or as part of a customer incentive).

2. Minimum Order

  • There is no minimum order. 
  • Wholesale bundles are listed at a discount from the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
  • Orders can include a mix of bookmarks, greeting cards and art prints. 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale pricing is provided per product bundle.
  • Recommended Retail Price (RRP) guidance is included in each product description.
  • We recommend that retailers sell products at or above the RRP to maintain brand value and to ensure fair pricing. 
  • Payment is required in full at the time of order. 
  • All sales are final - wholesale orders are not sale or return. 

4. Lead Times & Shipping

  • Most orders are ready to ship within 2–3 working days.
  • Larger orders may require a slightly longer lead time. (Orders including more than 50 greeting cards or more than 200 bookmarks may take longer to prepare. If your order will take longer than 2-3 working days to prepare and dispatch, I will send you an email to let you know. If you require your order quickly, please get in touch to discuss this before making the order. I’ll always do my best to accommodate your request!)
  • Local delivery (Hull & surrounding villages) is free for orders over £40. Eligible postcodes: HU1–HU14, HU16, HU17, HU20. If free local delivery is requested at checkout, I will get in touch via email to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
  • Shipping outside of this area is calculated at cost.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that have been damaged in the post. Please contact me immediately via email (littlemouseshouse@outlook.com) if an item arrives damaged so that I can resolve the issue. In the email, please include a description of the damage, and also photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Thank you.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. I normally begin the printing process on the same day as receiving your order. Thank you for your understanding.  

6. Product Use & Intellectual Property

  • Products are to be sold for resale or promotional use only and remain the property of The Little Mouse’s House until full payment is received.
  • Items may be used:
    • For resale
    • As free gifts or customer incentives
  • Intellectual property of all designs and illustrations remains the property of Hayley Victoria at The Little Mouse’s House. Wholesale buyers may not claim the designs as their own, reproduce, copy, or use the artwork to promote their own brand.
  • All products are paper-based, handmade, and lightweight. Please see the product listing descriptions on my website for care and safety information. 

7. Safety & Care

All products are paper-based and handmade in my studio. They are:

  • Not intended as toys.
  • Not suitable for children under 3 years.
  • Lightweight and paper-based – handle with care and keep away from moisture and flames.
  • Please note: most of my items are sold loose/unpackaged and do not include printed safety warnings (with the exception of the greeting cards, which have a safety and product information message printed on the back of each card). Retailers are responsible for ensuring that their customers are aware of the safety and care information, including that products are not toys, not suitable for children under 3, and should be kept away from moisture and flames.
