This charming pair of handmade mouse bookmarks brings together two complementary designs - one whimsical, and one painterly - both celebrating the gentle beauty of tiny mice.

🐭 Winter Mouse: a sweet little mouse wrapped up in a duffle coat and scarf on a blustery winter’s day, set against a pale blue and winter-grey sky. Originally created as a digital illustration, and printed by me in my little studio.

💜 Mouse in a Lilac Dress: a print taken from one of my original oil paintings, featuring a little mouse wearing a lilac dress with a white scarf and mittens, against a soft pink background. This design shows the delicate texture of the painted canvas.

Each bookmark is printed and hand-cut at home on carefully selected 230gsm Marrutt matte paper, chosen for its beautiful chalky texture and the way that it prints soft colour tones with clarity and warmth. The matte texture makes it feel like you have a tiny piece of art!
