Mouse and Bobbin - Art Print of Original Painting

Add a touch of whimsical still life charm into your home with ‘Mouse and Bobbin’, a mounted art print of my original acrylic painting. This cosy, storybook-inspired artwork features a small brown mouse sitting beside a vintage-style bobbin of red cotton thread, gently holding the loose thread between its paws.

Set against a deep maroon tabletop and warm, muted background tones, this piece blends classical still life painting with a subtle hint of fairytale whimsy. Inspired by curiosity, craft, and the charm of small everyday objects, ‘Mouse and Bobbin’ will hopefully appeal to lovers of cottagecore decor, dark academia interiors, and collectors of mouse artwork, still life paintings, and nature-inspired curiosities.

✨ A Little Bit of Information
I originally painted this mouse painting for my art group’s annual exhibition. However, I fell in love with the painting and decided to list it as ‘Not for Sale’! After the exhibition, I brought it home and put it on display alongside my Woodland Mouse painting (which I also couldn’t part with!) I decided to make some high quality prints of both paintings, so that you can enjoy them, too!
