I’ve created this pair of bookmarks in my East Yorkshire studio, inspired by the beauty of local landmarks and the charm of countryside wildlife. Each design captures the warmth and character of the autumn countryside, bringing a peaceful touch to any book.

🌾 Skidby in Autumn – featuring the much-loved East Yorkshire landmark Skidby Windmill, set against a rusty sunset sky and soft farmland landscape.  
🐑 Sheep on the Heather Moor – a close-up drawing of a Swaledale sheep, full of personality and texture, standing among warm heather tones.

I print and make each bookmark myself using carefully selected 230gsm Marrutt matte card. The paper has a lovely chalky texture and shows colours true to my original illustrations. The matte finish makes each bookmark feel like a tiny piece of art!
