International Delivery Update
Shipping Update: USA Delivery Is Back 🎉
Shipping to the USA is now reinstated on my website! ✨
After a bit of a pause whilst I reviewed changes to international delivery, I’m happy to once again be able to send my art prints, greeting cards, bookmarks and custom pet portraits internationally, to the USA.
Whilst reviewing my International Delivery settings, I’ve also taken the opportunity to create a new, clearer pricing structure for both UK and USA delivery:
🇬🇧 UK Shipping (Updated Pricing)
For my customers in England, Scotland and Wales, here’s a quick overview of the new shipping rates:
- Orders up to £10: £2 p&p
- £10–£25: £3 p&p
- £25–£50: £4 p&p
- Over £50: Free delivery 🎉
Custom Pet Portraits: £6 p&p (Tracked Delivery)
UK orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Second Class, with custom portraits sent using a tracked/signed service.
✈️ New International Shipping (USA)
- Orders up to £15: £7 p&p
- £15–£40: £10 p&p
- £40–£75: £15 p&p
- £75–£100: £20 p&p
- Over £100: £25 p&p
Custom Pet Portraits: £18.80 p&p (Tracked Delivery)
All USA orders are sent using Royal Mail International services, using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means any customs duties and import taxes are included at checkout, so there shouldn’t be any surprise fees when your order arrives.
📦 Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days, although this can vary during busy periods. Please get in touch if you need a more specific dispatch date.
Custom pet portraits do take a little longer to create, so, if you’re working to a deadline, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to give you an estimated timeframe.
🌍 A Quick Note on Other Locations
At present, I ship to England, Scotland, Wales, and the USA.
If you’re based elsewhere and would love to place an order, please do get in touch - I’ll always do my best to help if I can.
At the moment, I’m unfortunately unable to ship to countries in the EU, EEA or Northern Ireland due to current regulations requiring an EU-based representative. I really appreciate your understanding, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
